I’m Sarah, herbalist and founder of Luna Rose Apothecary — named after my daughter, my moon, and the inspiration behind it all.
Years ago, I found myself in Nicaragua with nothing but intuition and a heartbeat of resilience. What followed was motherhood, deep healing, and a journey back to the roots: to earth medicine, to sacred plants, and to the truth that healing doesn’t have to be hard.
I built Luna Rose Apothecary from the ground up because I wanted to show women how powerful they are when they stop outsourcing their health and start trusting their bodies again.
